Job Description
- Manage internal communication with employees along different job levels and brands.
- Publish different announcements.
- Responsible for onboarding / offboarding activities and orientation.
- Responsible for internal compliance (People ops team) and external compliance (non-ops team) with policies and procedures issued by the People Ops department.
- Conduct exit interviews and attrition data collection.
Job Requirements
- Experience: from 3 to 5 years of experience in internal communication in a large corporation, multinationals, telecom or e-commerce.
- Skills: Fluent English with excellent command of writing skills (construction, vocab, grammar,..), excellent business writing skills, very good computer skills (Excel and PP).
