Job Description
- To perform the function of ordering and stock control of the brand's parts within the approved inventory levels and ensure optimum availability , analyzing and monitoring inventory levels with a view to minimizing inventory carrying costs without hindering sales objectives
- To perform the marketing support functions of pricing of parts applying strategic pricing policy
- To prepare all management reports in the area of inventory management
- To ensure proper warehousing , maintenance and upkeep of parts and accessories and to arrange prompt and timely deliveries to sales location for achieving maximum sales
- To plan expansion of warehouse space and rearrangement / relocation of bins and racks so well as parts so as to achieve maximum warehousing efficiency
- To ensure that records are maintained correctly and up to date at all times and complete in all respects i.e. stock on hand , stock on order, sales history , substitution , model applicability , etc.
- To prepare periodic stock replenishment orders ( monthly stock order) based on approved ordering parameters / formula (e)
Job Requirements
- Experience in Automotive industry is a must
