Job Description
You primarily will be responsible for taking part in delivering IT projects as well as growing a team, developing team members to full potential and making work interesting and fun.
As a Senior Consultant (70% of the time):
- Participate in at least 1 project per quarter to keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends
- Perform solutions handover, knowledge transfer, training and workshops, prepare project documentation
- Break down business requirements into technical specification
As a Team Leader (up to 30% of the time):
- Manage team performance (Team Members availability and allocation, perform evaluation 1:1s with Team Members)
- Develop Team Members to full potential (identify, set, communicate and track individual objectives and goals to Team Members, take escalations, solve conflicts and issues)
- Identify needs for hiring, firing, education, and certification
- Collaboration with Team Leaders from other countries
- Help in defining and improving our multinational daily work approach
Job Requirements
- A double Nationality Egyptian, a European Nationality foreigner living in Egypt or An Egyptian with a Valid Visa For 3 to 5+ years in a European Country.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with min 1 year as a Team Leader or a Supervisor.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft solutions confirmed with Microsoft Certificates (Azure, SharePoint, Office365, Dynamics365 oriented or MCITP, MCSA or MCSE are highly desirable)
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to travel to Europe (Schengen), Middle East.
