Job Description
- Responsible for all office management functions
- Handling communication (calls, mails, faxes...etc.)
- Managers assistant
- Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office.
- Responsible for Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, ….
- Managing the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image

- Prepare monthly stock of consumable supplies required for clinics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang, etc.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
