Job Description

  • Responsible for all office management functions
  • Handling communication (calls, mails, faxes...etc.)
  • Managers assistant
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office.
  • Responsible for Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, ….
  • Managing the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
  • Managing the reception area to ensure clean and organized office.
  • Managing office boy and messenger.
  • Maintains an inventory of office and clinics supplies
  • Prepare monthly stock of consumable supplies required for clinics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers).
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang, etc.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • From 2-4 years of experience
