Job Description
- Responsible for following all QC activities.
- Responsible for creating and following nonconformity cases for any incoming material.
- Responsible for following Blockage process for any non-confirmed materials using quality tools (ex. Fishbone diagram).
- Responsible for checking any returnable and investigating defects causes.
- Responsible for following customer complaints using quality tools (ex.Fishbone diagram).
- Responsible for Training of newly hired lab technicians.
- Responsible for following New Trials with R&D team.
- Responsible for making an analysis (ex. Control charts) for quality data using excel sheets, presentations and SAP.
- Responsible for revision of testing results on SAP and excel sheets.
- Responsible for following calibration & maintenance of all lab devices and testing tools.
- Responsible for following the performance, evaluation and creating shift plans for lab technicians.
- Responsible for applying any new method or instructions related to quality core tasks.
- Following daily activities reports.
- Responsible for revision of quality documents on QDMS
Job Requirements
