Job Description
- Develop, implement and maintain Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework Policy and Procedures.
- Providing support in developing and updating departments policies and procedures.
- Conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks.
- Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare and present comprehensive risk assessment reports.
- Monitor implementation of action plans to ensure risk mitigation efforts are proceeding as required and agreed target dates.
- Perform periodic risk reporting to CEO and Risk Management Committee.
- Preparation of Risk Register for each department, with annual reviewing.
- Providing support and training for each department to expand risk culture awareness.
- Follow-up Improvement forms with each department, which makes the operational risk management process more efficient.
- Conducting risk assessments for proposals submitted by various departments.
- Prepare and present the Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) report for each department.
- participating in Establishing the level of risk the company is willing to take “Risk Appetite” to achieve its strategic objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience.
- Experience in real estate finance.
- Knowledge of Financial and Banking sector.
