Job Description

As Inside Sales Executive will assist in developing and nurturing a strong, profitable and long-term client relationship through regular customer interaction and business development. This will develop your potential and career opportunities, as well as contribute to your team's and organisation's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop action plan for existing accounts to achieve budget targets.
- Maintain strong relationships and communication with existing accounts.
- Manage and respond to rates, service and general information inquiries in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Prepare clients quotation.
- Manage service delivery and issue resolutions.
- Help external sales identify new business opportunities.
- Ensures proper handover to other functions.
- Develops and maintains customer relationships at lower levels of the client organization
- Updates systems in a timely and thorough fashion.
- Manages cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Operations and sales.
Job Requirements

- University degree.
- 2-3 Years of experience in Freight forwarding, Logistics or shipping industry.
