Job Description
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Welcome, assist and direct guests to the appropriate person or office.
- perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Revise and report the stationary, buffet, and the other necessary materials need.
- Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required.
- Assist in some of the operation and Human Resources process.
Job Requirements
- Females only
- Min. 2 years experience.
- Fluent English and Very Good computer skills.
- Communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Working Hours (10:00 am to 6:00 pm), Friday & Saturday are off.
