Job Description
- Following up the implementation of the communication plan to determine the corrective actions in case of any plan deviation.
- Supervise all communication activities ,ensuring the most effective way of delivering our communication in terms of content, message delivered, the means of delivery, target recipients and outcome desired.
- Constantly review communication tools (including development of new ones) to ensure that only the highly effective tools are utilized.
- Support in all communications and engagement activities ensuring its effectiveness.
- Replying /solving employees Complaints/inquiries.
- Following up the implementation of the surveys plan such as (Engagement survey – culture survey – etc…)
- Analyze all surveys results to determine the corrective actions in case of any plan deviation to increase employee engagement.
- Ensure to implement engagement best- practice ideas.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor degree
- Good Command of Microsoft office
- HR Certificate is a plus
