Job Description

  • Meeting and greeting clients, business partners and suppliers
  • Booking meetings
  • Arranging couriers and accepting and dealing with deliveries
  • Purchase and/or collection of any sundry item as required by Directors or senior management
  • Answering and forwarding calls
  • Organizing all company travel arrangements including flights, hotels and travel itineraries
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to Directors and senior management
  • Raising purchase orders for company procurement
  • Dealing with incoming bills and reconciling against purchase orders
  • Scheduling appointments

Job Requirements

  • Experienced in supporting 50-100 headcount.
  • Age 22-35 years
  • Good communication skills in English (Oral and Written)
  • Strong knowledge of Egypt Labor Law
  • Experienced in handling disciplinary procedures (Letters)
  • Experienced in providing payroll inputs (Time Sheets/Over Time)
