Job Description
- Meeting and greeting clients, business partners and suppliers
- Booking meetings
- Arranging couriers and accepting and dealing with deliveries
- Purchase and/or collection of any sundry item as required by Directors or senior management
- Answering and forwarding calls
- Organizing all company travel arrangements including flights, hotels and travel itineraries
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to Directors and senior management
- Raising purchase orders for company procurement
- Dealing with incoming bills and reconciling against purchase orders
- Scheduling appointments
Job Requirements
- Experienced in supporting 50-100 headcount.
- Age 22-35 years
- Good communication skills in English (Oral and Written)
- Strong knowledge of Egypt Labor Law
- Experienced in handling disciplinary procedures (Letters)
- Experienced in providing payroll inputs (Time Sheets/Over Time)
