Job Description
- Install, update, tune and diagnose ERP applications.
- Provides first level support of all modules in ERP application and software components.
- Administer, resolve ERP application issues, perform root cause analysis, support and maintain appropriate log for all solutions.
- Sets up user accounts and permissions.
- Provides advice and training to end-users.
- Maintain professional relationships with counterparts of IT and Business departments.
- Support of end-of-year closing process.
- Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments.
- Maintain SLA and system availability.
