- Maintain designated vendor operation Performance.
- Vendor reporting. [Advanced Technical and analytical skills]
- Handle complaints and make follow-up calls to vendors.
- Responsible for geo-fencing and mapping.
- Perform various tasks including, technical testing, technical training, project management, inventory management...etc2-.
- Supporting operational excellence in Cairo & other cities.
- Maintaining a solid relationship with vendors in order to sustain/increase vendor-base in a competitive market and enhance vendor experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- 1 year of experience in vendor compliance/account management or quality assurance and customer service.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Advanced Excel User.
