- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the top management
- Meet basic commercial goals
- Identify and transform Up, Cross selling and new business opportunities
- Formalize client needs through sales proposals
- Acquiring new clients and Expand customers network inside and outside Egypt.
- Handling quotations & follow up.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of managerial professional experience in sales development, in a real Estate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Be results driven, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a history of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
