Job Description
- To create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
- To perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to : photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- To maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
- To sign for and distribute UPS/fed Ex/packages
- To research, price and purchase office furniture and supplies
- To make travel arrangements for executives
- To be responsible for ticketing and hotel reservation.
- To manage the dispatching of couriers and mails
- To maintain personnel filing
Job Requirements
- Males Preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Very proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in administration, operations and logistics
- Complete a bachelor degree
