Job Description

  • To create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
  • To perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to : photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • To maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • To sign for and distribute UPS/fed Ex/packages
  • To research, price and purchase office furniture and supplies
  • To make travel arrangements for executives
  • To be responsible for ticketing and hotel reservation.
  • To manage the dispatching of couriers and mails
  • To maintain personnel filing

Job Requirements

  • Males Preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Very proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in administration, operations and logistics
  • Complete a bachelor degree
