About the Company

Iqraa is an online platform that connects learners from all over the world who wish to learn the correct recitation of the holy Quran with online teachers in real-time recitation sessions on demand. Iqraa is available on Apple and Android devices.

Position Title:

Community Support Manager

Reporting to:

General Manager

Position Basic Function:

Address and oversee the ongoing partners’ demands, needs and administrative Issues.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take part in the selection of new partners and management of current partners
  • Sign partners up to the platform after passing the necessary filtration and selection process
  • Carry out the on boarding plan for partners including delivering training on the best use of the platform, session protocols, do’s and do-nots, etc.
  • Communicate with partners regarding their availability, preferences, and concerns.
  • Follow up with partners whose payments are due or overdue and ensure partners are getting paid to their preferences.
  • Testing partners’ rewarding and payment systems and recommend the necessary improvements for best performance
  • Manage the availability of partners based on their genders, teaching capability and the demands of the platform’s users
  • Ensure a smooth teaching operations
  • Coach partners and provide feedback when a complaint or a commend it sent by a user
  • Investigate violations and take action with the violating partners based on an agreed consequence matrix where actions are consistent with the level of violation

Job Requirements

Basic Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any humanities or related field
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Very good computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Familiarity with complex reports and ability to handle raw data
  • Hard work, dedication, and attention to detail
  • Experience in supervising teachers

Skill Requirements

A perfect candidate for this job should have:

  • Very good command of English Language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sufficient computing Skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Email software)
  • Training skills
  • TOT holder is an asset
  • Experience in institutions that teach Quran to non-Arabic speakers is an asset
