Job Description

  • We are looking for a qualified, high-performing Professional Senior Software Sales to join our Company.
  • He will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
  • To meet customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • Maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to meet the target.
  • You will be working closely with our Business Solutions team.
  • HE/SHE is responsible for identifying leads, engaging in business development with strategic or local business partners. Closing deals with the ultimate purpose of increasing sales volume and meeting the sales target.
  • Proven experience as a software sales or relevant role.
  • Experience in Gulf (Dubai-Kuwait-Qatar ….etc is an added value.
  • Scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess his needs. recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent experience in selling software, website apps and other services.
  • Have been involved and passed through sales process starting from cold calls, generating leads, meeting clients and closing deal.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
  • Handling and Follow up the customers’ issues.
  • Identify, appropriately escalate, and ensure resolution of issues.
  • Create new opportunities and deals .this will include but not limited to (Phone calls, Surveys, and search).
  • Provide customers with quotations as per requested specifications.
  • Follow up on new lead and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Develop and Maintain a long-term relationship with the existing and potential customers
  • Prepare and Deliver Sales Presentations to high-level executives.
  • Maintain after sales services with the customers.
  • Supply the manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive analysis, and potential products and services.
  • Follow-up with the collection and logistics teams
  • Update all the active and maintain the details on Client Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Identify and resolve client concerns

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • University Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, communication or related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven experience as a software sales executive or relevant role.
  • Experience in generating leads, cold calls, and meeting target.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Excellent Negotiation skill.
  • Good Personality, energetic and work under target stress.
  • Multi-Task Person.
  • Years of experience: 5+ years.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
