Job Description
The Senior Manager, Product Development will report to the Products & Sales Director and will oversee product management & development of card & digital-based solutions for the new Egypt NPS, including credit, debit, prepaid, payroll, digital payments & financial inclusion.
He will manage a team of 3 product managers and will act as subject matter expert in his area by:
- Leveraging product development & issuing expertise to provide thought-leadership and market insights to support existing and prospective customers
- Working with key customers to identify, develop & launch relevant product solutions that meet the needs of all the constituents
- Demonstrating thought-leadership, product/technology development expertise & strong management skills in integrating technology into new solutions
- Partnering with internal & external stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies and ensuring seamless & efficient product deployment & implementation
- Acting as an expert, advocating and championing NPS products & solutions to internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Education: Law or Finance / Business degree
- Work experience: 10 years in financial services, dealing with product development in Consulting firm or retail banking, experience in card payments & international exposure is a clear advantage
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
