Job Description
- Provide technical support to assigned Sales Manager/s and Engineers, interact and interface with the Sales team and external customers
- Identify the customer’s needs, recommend the corresponding material and ensure compliance to technical and commercial specifications in compliance with company guidelines.
- Prepare, reconcile and validate all offers related to projects, tenders, and orders with special pricing and ensure entries recorded are accurate
- Prepare and evaluate orders, and provide adequate and prompt assistance to customers enquiries;
- Carry out activities pertaining to order processing and documentation.
- Ensure that all relevant sales information and details on orders, conditions, etc., are proactively documented and provided to the necessary parties;
- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with vendors and external customers to ensure the timely and appropriate delivery of support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least one-year relevant work experience.
- Relevant work experience in an internal sales/technical support role preferably for at least one year

- Giza Citizen
- Experience in Pumps and valves is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to listen
- Demonstrate good command of English both spoken and written.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within the company and in the sales field.
