Treasury & Commercial Agreements Analyst

Key Tasks and Accountabilities:

• Support and enhance the accounts payable and treasury processes in Rashpetco.
• Monitors accounts payable procedures to ensure proper internal controls exists, redesign existing controls and processes where needed.
• Monitor closely voiding, stop payments, and reissuance of checks, ensuring having the right approvals in place.
• Assist the treasury team in handling and resolving invoice payment issues.
• Working with the IDEAS support team in maintaining the accounts payable module.
• Support the generation of performance management reports which assist the delivery of the accounts payable and treasury KPIs. .
• Assist the treasury team in handling and resolving accounts payable inquires, solutions of problems, information or interpretation for third parties.
• Maintains and enforces Policies and Procedures for internal control compliance across Rashpetco.
• Oversees the cash calling, bank accounts management and check payment processing.
• Assist the treasury team to deliver proper balance sheet reconciliation.
• Lead the preparation of the cash call forecast on monthly basis for Rosetta, West Delta Deep Marine (WDDM) and other third party agreements.
• Maintain good relation with Rashpetco banks, work closely with Shell Egypt N.V. and partners in delivering the cash calls on timely manner.
• Monitor the compliance process with all tax regulations.
• Support the treasury manager in handling the insurance process in Rashpetco, including the setup and renewal of all operational and construction insurance policies for both Rosetta and WDDM.
• Support shareholders annual audit process.
• Setup/maintenance of the third party agreements on IDEAS system .
• Develop and maintain relevant accounting procedures for all third party commercial agreements including cash calling, invoice payments, inventory management, auditing and reporting process, and stakeholder’s interaction.
• Forecast tariffs for quarterly latest estimates, and planning process for commercial agreements.
• Handle all communications with 3rd parties’ focal points with regard to commercial agreements.
• Review and advise on updates to commercial agreements where relevant.
• Support the quarterly risk management process.
