Job Description
- Verifying requests if they include the minimum required data to proceed (Adherent number, provider name, requested services, attachments… etc.).
- Renaming the requests by adding the adherents’ individual numbers, before segregating the requests according to the service type into the concerned sub-folders.
- Following up with the provider (through email or fax) regarding pending requests from the provider side due to missing data.
- Providing support for medications referrals requests with direct verification of the prescription (medications names, quantity, duration of treatment, coverage status).
- Handling the cancellation requests.
- Reporting the offline requests status in the sub-folders to stand on any delay occurred or unnecessary pending cases.
- Reporting the number of offline requests received daily and their turnaround time.
