Job brief:
We are looking for a recruiter/ headhunter to join our HR team and help us fill our open positions with qualified candidates.
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
- Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
- Responsible for direct headhunting/ executive search as per company’s directions
- Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals
- Maintain organized and up to date databases with candidates’ data and attend job fairs and organize career events
- Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
- Fulfill existing opening vacancies to ensure alignment of recruitment with manpower plan
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
- Create job offers for accepted candidates and do the needed archival
- Frequently reporting and reviewing all recruitment metrics (time to fill// Cost per hire) to ensure effective recruitment cycle that meets the company objectives.
- Responsible for the development of all sourcing methods and channels to ensure having an up to date database.
- Coordinate with the department managers to forecast future hiring needs and identify gaps.
- Explore the market best practice in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
- Monitors and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process.
- Designs training recruitment for HR recruiters and line managers who are in charge of hiring to ensure following efficient interviewing techniques.
- Conduct regular follows up with managers to define the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Responsible for the ongoing development of the sourcing, recruitment &talent acquisition processes & procedures and the implementation of all recruitment innovations
- Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization).
- Oversee all the activities of own team to ensure high-performance levels and efficient implementation.
- Responsible for setting own objectives in correlation with the department objectives, provide coaching and action plans required to achieve objectives
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- 3-5 years of corporate experience in mass recruitment and executive search.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Good decision-making skills
- At least 8 years of overall Recruitment experience
