Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle and supervise the production any GUC Material under the guidance of the Design Office Manager
- Ensure proper finalization of any production order and its delivery/installation according to requirements
- Contribute in updating advertising concepts
- Maintain a proper archiving system for all production and designs
- Contribute to the maintenance and regular updating of visuals archive/GUC Photo Library for use.
- Responsible for operating ReqLogic requests related to production orders
- Handle section-related tasks based priorities
- Maintain and foster good relations with suppliers
- Support departmental activities based on existing needs
- Daily Administrative tasks (correspondence, follow-up …etc.)
- Reports directly to the Graphics/Production Manager and the Head of Department.
- Interacts with all GUC Parties and external Advertising Agencies/Print-houses
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- University Degree in Applied or Fine Arts (Graphics Major)
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in the Graphics/Production Field
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, familiar with the professional use of Internet and e-mail
Language Skills:
- Arabic – Fluent (Written & Spoken)
- English – Fluent (Written & spoken)
- German is an asset
