Job Description
- Receives all invoices, verifies, and compares order authorizations and receipts for delivery.
- Audits items on purchase, requisition, purchase orders and suppliers invoices.
- Prepares cheques, vouchers, and audits items on purchase, requisition, purchase orders and suppliers invoices.
- Forwards cheques vouchers and all supporting documents of all payments to the financial controller for approval.
- Maintains up to date files for account payable records.
- Runs payable month-end reports, taxes & other type of payments.
- Performs monthly A/P closing and control transactions.
- Reconcile relevant accounts at month end closing.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Commerce.
- Very good command of English language.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel.
- Material Control System (Hospitality System for Purchasing) user is highly preferable
- Hospitality (Hotels &/or Restaurants) background is a must.
- Hurghada, Safaga, Qena, Souhag or any near by residents are highly preferable.
- A car driving license is a must.
