Job Description
- Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices etc.
- Ensure attendance data is regularly imported on HR system and extract attendance reports as required.
- Review monthly leave balances (annual, sick,…) on HR system and coordinate with branches to ensure updates are done.
- Collect and administer data related to head office employees’ vacations, attendance, or any other transaction
- Monitor submission of all government related forms and data on time (such as employment letters and insurance forms) to avoid fines
- Ensure archiving of employee documents and filing system are maintained
- Provide all needed information and documents requested from any department related to personnel.
- Supervises and revises Labor certificates / Labor forms, Social insurance forms / Social insurance letters, Medical insurance Procedures.
Job Requirements
- MALES ONLY
- Graduate from Business Administration, Law or Related.
- 4 years of experience in HR personnel.
- Strong knowledge in Egyptian Labor Law, and labor.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Work Under Pressure
- Problem solver and have analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel issues
