Job Description

Market dynamics :

  • Understands the target markets include industries, companies and identify the market strategy
  • Posses a strong understand of Ngage services, competitors
  • Follows the latest industry developments and stay up to date on corporate competitors
  • Conducts research to identify new market and customer needs.

Ngage branding :

  • Implements a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Promotes the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Client Management :

  • Arranges and Attends meetings with prospective clients to present the company and prepares technical and financial proposals
  • Collaborates with Ngage team to ensure that requirements are met
  • Maintains relationships with current clients and build long term relationships with new ones.
  • Provides trustworthy feedback and after sales services

Training Development :

  • Recommends and cooperates with the management in setting the annual financial and business development targets.
  • Keeps record of Sales, revenue and invoices.
  • Follows up on marketing, financial and operations activities.
