Job Description
- Prepare and deliver presentations to the potential and current international customers.
- Market and sell the products and services in the global markets.
- Travel outside and Prepare travels reports.
- Answering all RFQ, clarifications, and customers requests in the shortest time.
- Preparing for international tenders, proposals and quotations.
- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions to complete the deal.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and events.
- Meet the section targets.
- Follow up international customers, offers, and products delivery.
- Ensure the Customer satisfaction.
- Follow filing and archiving system.
- Receive and record export orders after collecting the down payment.
- Support the financial department to accelerate export delivery and collection processes.
- Prepare for foreign customers visits and audits in the group factories.
- Participate in creating the Perform and commercial invoices and packing lists for export shipments.
- Follow up logistics procedures for each export shipment
- Participate in creating and updating the group website, marketing and promotional materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering
- 1 year of Experience in Export
- Fluent in English.
- Presentation and communication skills
- Problem-solving
- Sales skills
- Team player
- Multitasking ability
