Job Description
- Develop detailed annual and monthly growth plans for the accountin area of responsibility, in light of the overall fundraising strategy, objectives, and assigned targets.
- Conduct desk and field researches to build a pipeline of potential donor partnerships within the assigned donor segment, and approach the identified prospect donors accordingly.
- Study and identify the appropriate channel(s) to approach the potential donors, and develop the communication messages in liaison with the marketing team.
- Draft protocols/proposals to donors of possible collaboration after thorough research and analysis of the donor’s industry and interests with the assistance of the department head.
- Manage existing donor accounts through regular follow up, attending meeting, proposing partnership protocols and ensuring ongoinggeneration of whether in-Kind or financial donations.
- Keep the donor database updated of all transactions, information, and updates related to the assigned accounts.
- Generate regular reports entailing account updates and progress of running projects including analysis of records and achievements vs. plans, and submit to the department head for review and feedback.
- Evaluate the partnerships’ effectiveness regularly, and conduct account reviews with the donors to keep updated of their interests, and adjust directions and plans accordingly.
- Plan and manage the launch of fundraising campaigns addressing own account segment, and ensure delivery as per planned budget and time plan, in complete alignment with the marketing team.
- Liaise with marketing team to develop appropriate materials and products intended for donor special projects to ensure the consistency and alignment to Dar Alorman communicated message.
- Ensure that the generated income is accurately registered to the organization records, and follow up with the collection team to ensure tight closure of the process.
Job Requirements
- 5 years in sales in a reputable company
- IT Literacy: Very good Ms-office is mandate
- Language: very good English is mandated.
