Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Follow-up delivery of amendments and changes required by the contractor with regard to the administration of network and telephone, shower and adaptation.......... Etc...
- Install and Configure software’s and applications and Support all problems
- Solve all the problems of the Branches and assist all departments.
- Create a Backup for file server. (Weekly Full Backup , Daily Backup) And try to retrieve the missing files.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related.
- Very Good Command of English Language
- 5+ years’ experience
- Computer Skills: Word – Excel – Access - PowerPoint – Internet – Hardware and Software- Network.
- Microsoft certificate at Windows, Office, and Internet.
- ICDL.
