Job Description

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Oversee and assist the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports (MIS)
  • Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

Job Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management ability in the areas of strategic financial planning and organizational development
  • Ability to devise and implement strategic plans.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work, handle pressure and has the edge to take yes/no day-to-day decisions for the best interests of the business
  • A doer. Not a talker. Proven ability to roll-up his sleeves as needed to make things happen
  • Ability to develop, monitor and maintain management information systems and procedures
  • Experience of financial responsibility for a budget, end of year accounts and external liaison with auditors
  • Strong in oral communication and in writing.
  • Clear analytical thinking to produce simple clear financial reports. Capability to simplify and clarify complex business information
  • A strong leader with the proven track record of developing a strong team
  • CMA or CPA is a must.
  • Experience in manufacturing is a must
  • Experience with a blue chip multinational companies
  • Fluent English is a must
