Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Oversee and assist the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports (MIS)
Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

Proven leadership and management ability in the areas of strategic financial planning and organizational development
Ability to devise and implement strategic plans.
Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work, handle pressure and has the edge to take yes/no day-to-day decisions for the best interests of the business
A doer. Not a talker. Proven ability to roll-up his sleeves as needed to make things happen
Ability to develop, monitor and maintain management information systems and procedures
Experience of financial responsibility for a budget, end of year accounts and external liaison with auditors
Strong in oral communication and in writing.
Clear analytical thinking to produce simple clear financial reports. Capability to simplify and clarify complex business information
A strong leader with the proven track record of developing a strong team
CMA or CPA is a must.
Experience in manufacturing is a must
Experience with a blue chip multinational companies
Fluent English is a must
