Field Service Engineer (Motors & Generators)

Execute workshop and field Service according to work instructions and in accordance with PPS/WEG standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other PPS teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for PPS.

• Provide field support to customers in the area of Motors and Generators.
• Carry out condition monitoring and maintenance services for Motors and Generators.
• Generate necessary information to quote services in the field.
• Provide telephone technical support to clients when required.
• Know the organization of the clients visited in order to provide them with a better service.
• Build a relationship of trust with customers, in order to improve relationships and promote decisions to grant orders.
• Search for products from the service area, which the client may need, and which PPS needs to adapt in its portfolio.
