Job Description
- The primary responsibilities of the developer are to develop training for sales and technical teams to help them succeed in their job. This position will support content creation for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, webinars, video, etc.), but will be primarily focused on online content creation. This role supports our Enablement Program as well as our customer training group.
- Working with a team while still being able to work independently
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent of experience and education
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with the creation of interactive learning centric eLearning courses required
- Experience with web-based training and multi-media developments
- Familiar with LMS, CMS, and E-Learning standards (AICC, SCORM, xAPI, etc.)
- Ability to utilize multimedia design to create instructional materials
- Setting timelines and estimating the work required to complete a task
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills Job
