Job Description
- Management and development of projects: in-store activities, events, samplings, roadshows - for multinational clients
- Coordination and supervision of all key processes of the project
- Respond to briefs from clients’ marketing departments
- Day-to-day client handling
- Lead the execution of projects ensuring the implementation and delivery
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years’ Experience in the field of advertising and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to details.
- Effective team-working skills.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Passion for advertising and an understanding of what makes a good campaign.
- Resilience to deal with problems and constructive criticism.
- Able to work in the field and our offices in Heliopolis, Cairo.
- Preferable to own a car.
