Job Description

  • Management and development of projects: in-store activities, events, samplings, roadshows - for multinational clients
  • Coordination and supervision of all key processes of the project
  • Respond to briefs from clients’ marketing departments
  • Day-to-day client handling
  • Lead the execution of projects ensuring the implementation and delivery
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years’ Experience in the field of advertising and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to details.
  • Effective team-working skills.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Passion for advertising and an understanding of what makes a good campaign.
  • Resilience to deal with problems and constructive criticism.
  • Able to work in the field and our offices in Heliopolis, Cairo.
  • Preferable to own a car.
