Job Description
- Support process owners to define OLAs for different processes.
- Develop and report Process Performance and Process Baseline reports.
- To review and verify data integrity and consistency of data on its different repositories.
Job Requirements
- Statistical analysis techniques using tools such as Minitab and Excel functions
- Good knowledge in CMMI High Maturity Levels
- Fair knowledge in ISO standards (9001, 20000 and 27001), especially 9001
- Experience in using and dealing with different data repositories such as SharePoint, IBM Rational tools, Excel
- Precise in Dealing with numbers, data collection and verification
- Good knowledge about Software development life cycle and project management essentials
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferably computer related)
