Job Description
- Ensures full product availability at all distributors, coordinating all ordering & shipment processes by constantly keeping in touch with Distributor Order Management Staff, Nestlé Customer Services, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain. For limited products performs quota allocation between distributors, coordinates and follows quota usage.
- Ensuring distributors /Sales team adherence to monthly sales plan
- Collection and consolidation of requested data (by RSM) from the field team
- Prepares monthly trade spend per region along with the proper spending tracking
- Analyzes monthly sales outcomes through scorecards for creating opportunities in the distributor & region & channel
- Works on the routing exercise for all Egypt and ensure that the current RTM and routing across all regions are achieving our efficiencies
- Works on having accurate sales forecasts, in collaboration with district managers & CCSD by providing the correct forecast assumptions
