Electrical Tendering Section Head

Purpose of the job

• An Electrical Tendering Supervisor is required to actively oversee the efficient and compliant execution of all Electrical tendering activities and track their status and execution ensuring alignment to project deadlines.

Accountabilities and Duties

• Review special and general conditions that need to be verified all together in coordination with the contract administrator or the legal advisor.
• Prepare initial time schedule and cash flow in coordination with the concerned departments, taking into consideration any financial expenses on both the company and the customer.
• Ensure all resources that are critical and needed for project completion are well met and allocated correctly.
• Responsible for practicing cash in and cash out efficiently.
• Responsible for practicing overhead calculations
• Supervise the tender processes from the pre‐qualification stage through to the final bid submission.
• Conduct an in‐depth analysis of all bids received in response to each proposal and quotation to identify the response that best meets the needs of the user department and is consistent with the terms and conditions of standard procurement policy.
