Job Description
- Prove all bank transactions in the books dedicated to this.
- Establishing a database for all banking operations and providing all data to senior management
- Receipt and deposit of cash and checks in banks as directed by the financial manager
- Issuance of checks/bank transfers and delivery to clients
- Checking the company's checks from banks
- Contact the banks to obtain a motion detection and check the balance and make the necessary adjustments
- Receipt and delivery of all company documents with banks
- Follow the movement of banks daily and intervene in a timely manner in the event of any defect.
- Follow up the implementation of corrective actions based on reports of financial and external audits.
- Submit daily and monthly reports to the financial manager in accordance with the specifications and on time
Job Requirements
- Have experience working as a bank accountant
- Obtaining a high technical qualification appropriate - Faculty of Commerce - Accounting Department
- Have a technical or vocational training related to the job activity
- To have the technical knowledge and skills of the skills and technical knowledge in the requirements of the Egyptian accounting systems. Knowledge, technical knowledge, financial center reporting skills, income and budget reports, performance/efficiency analysis reports, knowledge and technical knowledge of all accounting systems and techniques and technical knowledge of all accounting systems and techniques
- Preferably obtain a certificate based on the requirements of the Egyptian accounting systems and certified in the preparation of financial center reports, income statement, budget and performance/efficiency analysis reports of the company
- Proficiency in English: Good and at least knowledge of the technical terms of the job
- Computer Skills: Good - Microsoft Office software skills and skills to deal with the electronic program of its management
- Preferably in a similar job for at least 3 years
