Job Description

Brend Agency in Maadi is looking to hire a Junior Business Development Executive with 1-2 yrs of experience at minimum to:

  • Identify new sales leads online and offline (Social and Industrial Events).
  • Pitch our services to convert leads into clients.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Follow Up with Marketing Plans to understand current agency marketing directions and be aligned with our service.

He/she will report to CEO and will probably face the following challenges:

  • Difficulty to identify the whys behind critical clients decisions.
  • Some pressure to meet KPIs and hit targets.

Job Requirements

  • An ability to identify client needs and motivations.
  • Negotiations and Emotional Intelligence.
  • Conversion funnel concept and basics of sales.
  • An ability to always do research and keep an eye for new leads.
  • Attention to details and excellent time and energy management.
  • A Passion for analytics and critical thinking.
  • Social impact and excellent verbal written communications

Anyone who has previously worked in B2B sales, Fundraising or knows about the Khaleeji (Saudi) scheme of business is strongly encouraged to apply.
