Field Technical Support Engineer

Main Job Duties:

• Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of the S&B, zipper machines.
• Following up the machines preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure full implementation of safety core requirements.
• Supervise and evaluate the work of maintenance technician.
• Prepare & send the monthly report about FTS activities.
• Keep an eye on the spare parts inventory.
• Create a general database for the machines, dies, customers & spare parts.
• Follow up the customer’s situation.
• Prepare a weekly activities plan for the department.
• Keep our machines in the workshop available.
• All the time try to gain the customers satisfaction
