Job Requirements
- Prefer Ex ( Tikka or KFC )
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- You should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker,
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- Professional operation system .
- Strong knowledge in restaurants & Cafes .
- Ability to improve and add new ideas to our brand .
- Strong Background and knowledge of P&L , food safety and hygiene .
- Ability to control food cost and turn over .
- Prefer close location to new Cairo .
- Very organizer , planner and ambitious .
