Primary responsibility of the compensation partner is the development and management of company-wide and business unit compensation strategies to support HR department . Our goal is to pro-actively manage the impact of our compensation strategy on the business to help meet their Talent needs. The compensation team is responsible for the design/structure of broad-based pay and sales incentive programs, conducting competitive benchmark analytics, managing annual comp planning cycle (bonus, equity and merit planning process), using data to conduct analysis to help solve talent related challenges , turn over and other HR aspects

Major Accountabilities

  • Partner with assigned business unit HR team on all things compensation related
  • Evaluate and benchmark jobs, consult with HR Partners on findings
  • Build a consultative and collaborative relationship with HR business partners, business leaders and Staff on compensation programs evolution and compensation initiatives.
  • Proactively research best practices and trends. Perform analysis on effectiveness, competitiveness and fairness of existing programs.
  • Build and deliver compensation-related training and education materials to your client teams.
  • Work with the Recruiting team to deliver a delightful new hire process by applying compensation policies in fair and equitable ways. This includes new hire offer package consultation to ensure alignment to market and internal peers.
  • Update and create policies that meet the organisations legal and statutory obligations. •
  • Ensure that proposed changes to policies and procedures are clear, well researched and evidence based and that they have been sense checked with HR colleagues.
  • Ensure that an effective HR communications plan is put in place which will provide regular updates.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy, and ongoing strategy development, through the delivery of projects.
  • Capital investments tracking and forecasting: manage monthly CAPEX forecast; track actual CAPEX vs. forecast, CAPEX audits; develop estimated forecast for other capital investments to create a comprehensive forecast (prepare documents to update regarding capital investment projects status, related expenditures and forecasted expenditures.
  • End-to-end performance management execution and administration
  • Work with leaders to understand the key performance indicators and build the performance framework for their respective teams.
  • Create meaningful strategic reports, highlight improvement areas and presenting to respective team and management
  • HR data, dashboards and analytics support for HR and Business functions
  • Drive automation projects including automation of report to reduce manual tasks
  • Should be able to independently drive and set up HR processes, policies, SOP's and HR Analytics for the organization
  • Must have an in-depth understanding of Compensation , performance management , Budget , manpower allocation and planning , and workforce planning

Job Requirements

SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES NEEDED

Essential Skills and experience required:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the HR field
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills and ability to deal with senior managers independently
  • 2+ years Compensation and benefits experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and able to analyze and interpret data smoothly
  • Excellent at oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization.
  • Hands on experience in MS office and Power point
  • An individual who can manage multiple projects and work well in high pressure scenarios with stringent timeliness
  • An individual who continually seeks efficiency and effectiveness in work
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information
  • Attention to detail and commitment to make things happen

Desirable Experience :

  • MBA
  • Strong financial system acumen
  • Multinational exposure
