Job Description
- Ensuring optimum personnel deployment over the course of the seasons.
- Ensuring that a rolling inventory is conducted. Taking countermeasures in case of identified deviations in consultation with the interfaces.
- Maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehoused goods.
- Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
- Receiving feedback and monitoring the quality of services provided
- Establishing and developing a qualified and motivated team. Leading, assessing and developing directly subordinate employees in a professional and disciplinary capacity.
- Determining individual personnel measures in consultation with HR.
- Ensuring the best personnel management of employees who are indirectly subordinate within the line management structure and technically subordinate in the Group organization.
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations process.
- Good command in English written and spoken.
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS office.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Honest, reliability, punctual, presentable and hard worker.
