Job Description
- Supervises the maintenance and operation of lighting systems and public electricity networks in Madinaty.
- Responsible directly for the safety and quality of the work related to electrical connections in the poles of lighting and all lighting systems in parks, streets, corridors, buildings and all the facilities of Madinaty.
- Develops periodic maintenance plans and follow up their implementation.
- Leads a team of engineers, supervisors and technicians to obtain the highest performance, efficiency and quality of work.
- Sets up the monthly operating schedules for engineers, supervisors and technicians as to follow up on their performance.
- Manages the orders of raw materials and the needed operating requirements of the department following up on their implementation.
- Responsible for the daily work of the public lighting networks of Madinaty to ensure operation at full capacity and efficiency.
- Responsible for evaluating and analyzing appropriate solutions to reduce electricity consumption.
- Responsible for technically reviewing contracts and issuing orders before being approved by the General Maintenance Manager.
- Responsible for monitoring the consumption of public electricity to coordinate with the Electricity Company in charge.
- Responsible for receiving new tasks of electrical works from lighting networks and other companies.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
- Proven experience in the field.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Auto-CAD.
- S.A.P. background is a plus.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
