Job Description
- Configures HP/EMC/IBM storage devices simultaneously with the help of a storage area network.
- Ensure all devices are maintained properly.
- Perform system upgrades.
- Installs HP/EMC/IBM storage related software programs and applications.
- Monitor the performance of storage devices and ensure that the systems work efficient
- Ensure that important data is backed up at the time of installing or uninstalling any software program or application.
- Conduct tests to check the efficiency and accuracy of storage devices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong development skills in modern programming languages(e.g., Java and Python).
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, and Talend).
- Experience in big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Kafka, NiFi).
- Experience in relational and/or NoSql database management systems(DBMSs)
- Good understanding of software development life cycle.
- Good experience with Linux-based operating ,systems.
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
- Preferred: Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
