Job Description

  • Responsible for conducting the outgoing calls to the Fawry's customers
  • Responsible for informing the customers of the outstanding debts and due dates
  • Responsible for persuading the customers to pay their debts
  • Following-up with the customers for payment collection
  • Maintaining and updating the database regularly

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant major.
  • Years of Experience: 1-2 years, preferably in Telecom Operators or massive hiring “Call Center”
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good in communication & negotiation skills
