Job Description
- Responsible for conducting the outgoing calls to the Fawry's customers
- Responsible for informing the customers of the outstanding debts and due dates
- Responsible for persuading the customers to pay their debts
- Following-up with the customers for payment collection
- Maintaining and updating the database regularly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant major.
- Years of Experience: 1-2 years, preferably in Telecom Operators or massive hiring “Call Center”
- Good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good in communication & negotiation skills
