Job Description
- Manage mobile performance marketing campaigns across multiple ad networks including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Google Ads - campaign set up, optimization, and budget
- Research, evaluate, and test new Customer acquisition channels.
- Supervise sales and marketing staff involved in the promotion of a variety of the Company’s products and services.
- Write press releases, design and produce marketing materials, participate in tradeshows, workshops, seminars, training sessions and publicity events.
- Design, write and produce email and mail campaigns in support of lead generation, marketing research and other activities.
- Schedule and coordinate activities for major tradeshows, including follow-up campaigns.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidates will possess superb mentoring and motivating skills and a broad based background including experience in pricing, ordering, advertising, promotions, public relations, and general sales and marketing duties and support functions.
- Proven track record increasing & scaling customer acquisitions while driving down customer acquisition costs.
- Highly collaborative - with experience working cross functionally with Sales and Customer Service to share best practices .
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment - exhibiting an enthusiastic, flexible and innovative approach to acquisition.
- 5+ years of acquisition marketing experience with demonstrated proficiency successfully managing mobile performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other ad networks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize acquisition budgets.
- Superb computer experience with Microsoft Office and related software and system tools that support sales and marketing including broad based experience with CRM software .
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables) and fluency in KPIs.
