Job Description

  • Generate new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling.
  • Research accounts, identify decision maker(s) and generate interest.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Promote products and services to customers.
  • Sales representatives work with customers to find what they want.
  • Manage customer inquires and complaints effectively.
  • Answer Customers inquires on social media page.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Provide customers with ongoing technical support to resolve any issues.
  • Follow Up Meetings (Take Meeting minutes) and Co-ordinate Visits.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ Year of Experience
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Previous Experience in the same industry is preferred.
  • Experience as a Telesales Agent.
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Selling skills
  • Ability to handle problems
  • Competitive person
  • Good English
  • Experience in IT Sales.
  • Sales Training is a plus.
  • Strong negotiations skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Presentable.
  • Career driven & motivated.
