Job Description
- Generate new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling.
- Research accounts, identify decision maker(s) and generate interest.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Promote products and services to customers.
- Sales representatives work with customers to find what they want.
- Manage customer inquires and complaints effectively.
- Answer Customers inquires on social media page.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email.
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Provide customers with ongoing technical support to resolve any issues.
- Follow Up Meetings (Take Meeting minutes) and Co-ordinate Visits.
Job Requirements
- 1+ Year of Experience
- Bachelor degree.
- Previous Experience in the same industry is preferred.
- Experience as a Telesales Agent.
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Selling skills
- Ability to handle problems
- Competitive person
- Good English
- Experience in IT Sales.
- Sales Training is a plus.
- Strong negotiations skills.
