Job Description
- Handling customers enquiries either technical, pre-purchase, service or complaints,
- Handling Middle East customers inquiries through email and chat Arabic and English, these inquiries are mainly technical and service inquiries
Job Requirements
- Males & Females
- Excellent Command of English Language (Spoke & Written)
- Previous experience the same field is a must
- Fast Typing Skills.
Work Conditions
- Working Hours :-9 working hours includes 1 Break Hour From 7:00 AM Till 22:00 PM
