Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Receiving the hiring request from all managers then proceed in job advertisement and job posting as per the requirements through the different recruitment sources
- Make phone interviews and tests then Preparing for 1st Interviews.
- Job Fairs
- Increasing Employment Branding
- Turnover and retention reports
- Headhunting by using LinkedIn for critical positions.
- Following the medical checkup results and issuing the job offers.
- Screening and filtering the resumes and CVs then preparing fit shortlists.
- Submit the vacancy announcements.
OD (Organizational Development )
- Present an awareness introduction for JD & performance appraisal for all employees.
- Explain and provide advice to employees about organizational rules and policies .
- Supervise over the company’s applied appraisal process & assure the effectiveness of process implementation.
- Job Analysis process
- Preparing reports such as no. of vacancies , hires , leavers and our business needs according to the approvals (Headcount)
- Audit all HR activities periodically to assure the efficient operation of the processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above preferred
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
