About the Job:

Manage all pharmacy employees including pharmacists,Delivery Men,Assistant pharmacists and others to ensure full schedule coverage and best consumer services.
Handle all pharmacy employees monthly bonuses.
Complete all products inventory to ensure full availability of all customers needs through managing a system of inventory record keeping and control to detect any shortages or discrepancies in inventories at the earliest possible time.
Maintain the satisfaction of all corporate Clients through the best delivery of their daily prescriptions and requirements.
Ensure all insurance-prescriptions are rightly dispensed and priced.
Achieve monthly targets of sales.
Control of all keys to the pharmacy as well as the ultimate security of the pharmacy.

Job requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree of pharmaceutical Sciences and has a license to practice in Egypt.
Must have at least 10 years of experience in retail pharmacies.
Strong communication skills with an energetic and positive attitude
Ability to make decisions and work under stress
Time management
Problems solving Flexibility and adaptation
Team work.
Works on achieving the target of sales.
Regularity of working hours.
Computer skills.
Ability to train others.
